Update Notice of Race Worlds 2026

Update Notice of Race – Topcat Worlds 2026

We have updated the Notice of Race (NoR) for the Topcat Worlds 2026 in Cesenatico.
The most important changes concern the eligibility requirements.

👉 The key updates are highlighted in the excerpt below:

NOR Topcat Worlds 2026 Cesenatico Version 2

What has changed?

1. Medical Certificate
The wording has been clarified:
➡️ For international competitors (outside Italy), an Italian medical certificate is NOT required.
➡️ Instead, the standard requirements of your national sailing authority (MNSA) apply – just like in a regular regatta in your home country.

2. TOPCAT Class Association Membership
➡️ The requirement for TOPCAT class membership applies only to sailors from countries where an active national class association exists.
➡️ Competitors from countries without an active class association are not affected.

Why this update?

These changes provide more clarity and ensure that participation requirements are fair, transparent, and practical for international competitors.

🚀 Now it’s your turn!

All open questions should now be clarified –
👉 nothing stands in the way of your registration for the Topcat Worlds 2026!
